Our Precision Installation Process
PPF installation is a highly technical process requiring expertise and a contaminant-free environment. Our certified technicians follow a meticulous procedure:
- Preparation and Decontamination: The vehicle's paint is thoroughly washed, clay barred, and decontaminated. Any minor existing swirl marks are corrected (Paint Correction is often performed first) to ensure the film is applied to a pristine surface.
- Computer-Cut Kits: We utilize advanced computer-aided design (CAD) software to precisely cut the film to perfectly match the contours of your vehicle's panels (bumpers, fenders, hoods, mirrors, etc.). This ensures a custom fit with minimal visible edges.
- Wet Application: The film is applied using a specialized solution that allows our installers to perfectly position and stretch the film over complex curves and edges.
- Flawless Finish: Using precision squeegees, the solution is carefully worked out from under the film, eliminating bubbles and ensuring maximum adhesion and optical clarity.
- Curing: The vehicle is held indoors to allow the film to fully adhere and cure, locking in the protection.
